You are result oriented and hands on About the job As a member of the management team of the France North West Africa sales company, you will drive the business controlling of the sales company (turnover turn over approximately 150 M€, France and more than 20 countries in Africa) and the shared services organization for France consisting of around 25 employees with the following key responsibilities:Act as a business partner to the business managers of the sales companyPerform business controlling including reporting, forecasting and analysis, making the numbers speakLead the overall Shared Service Organization in France incl. finance, IT/IS, Indirect Purchasing - and site services functionsLiaise with Corporate related to real estate, risk management, tax management and shared services

What you know ?To succeed in this position, you:Have a Master´s degree combined with + 15 years of experience in Finance in an international work environmentHave solid senior management experience with a capability to be both operationally involved and strategically orientatedPossess excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and confidence with othersLanguage : English fluent and French will be appreciatedPracticalities You will report to the Managing Director of Alfa Laval France North West Africa.
